Approach To Therapy
As a psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist, I apply different therapeutic modalities using proven tools and techniques when working with clients. I work with clients using various therapeutic approaches in exploring for solutions and helping them to navigate presenting challenges related to sexuality and relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that healthy relationships — with ourselves and others — are central to our overall wellbeing. I help clients address a wide range of issues, including:
